Creating an account helps streamline your printing experience. It allows you to upload and save your files, track your order, view previous orders, and quickly reorder projects without starting from scratch. It's a one-time setup that makes every future order even faster and more convenient.

Yes! One of the biggest benefits of ordering online is the ability to quickly reorder past projects. Simply sign in to your account using the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the website, then navigate to Orders to view your order history. From there, you can select a completed order and reorder your design without having to upload your files or start the process over again.

Yes! If you're not ready to complete your order, you can save your design and return to it at any time. Simply sign in to your account using the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the website. After signing in, you can access your saved projects by clicking Saved Designs in your account menu. You can also find previously completed projects under Orders if you'd like to reorder an existing design. This allows you to start your order now and finish it whenever you're ready.

Absolutely. Whether you need one print or thousands, our online ordering system is designed for both personal and business projects of any size.

Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we may be able to make changes.

No problem! While our online store covers many of our most popular products, we understand that some projects require a custom solution. Contact our team and we'll help determine the best approach for your project.

Signing in with your Google account makes it easier to create and order personalized print products online. Once signed in, you can quickly access photos stored in Google Photos and use them in projects such as photo prints, posters, invitations, cards, and other custom products.

Using Google Sign-In also helps streamline the ordering process by securely connecting your account and saving you time when creating future projects.

Steamroller Copies only uses the photos you choose for your project and does not access, store, or share your Google Photos content beyond what is needed to help you create and complete your order.

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color palette to convert RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

Pickup & Turnaround

At this time, online ordering is available for local pickup only. We currently serve customers throughout Southern Utah and take pride in offering multiple convenient pickup locations to make receiving your order as easy as possible.

During checkout, you'll be able to select your preferred pickup location. Once your order is complete, we'll notify you when it's ready for pickup.

Turnaround times vary by product and quantity, but many standard orders are completed within 2-3 business days.

Yes! You'll receive a notification to your email when your order is complete and ready for pickup.

Yes. Just let us know who will be picking it up if necessary.

Turnaround times vary by product. Many products will allow you to select a production speed directly on the product page, while others may only be available with a standard turnaround time.

When placing your order online, be sure to review the available turnaround options listed on the product page, as these can differ depending on the product and specifications selected.

If you have a specific deadline or need your order sooner than the options shown online, please contact our team. We'll be happy to review your project and let you know if expedited production is available.

Products

Many products are available in custom sizes. If you don't see your size online, contact us for assistance.

Yes! We offer specialty materials for projects that need extra durability.

That's what we're here for! While we try to give you the most up-to-date and detailed information here on our site, our team is available during business hours to help recommend the best option for your project.

We continuously look for ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency while providing high-quality print products. If you're looking for a specific environmentally conscious option, contact our team and we'll help you explore available materials.

In many cases, yes. If you're ordering a large quantity or would like to compare materials, contact us or visit any of our locations to discuss sample options before placing your order.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product:

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products using the Designer Studio to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select pre-loaded templates. Use them as is or customize them through our design studio.

The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).

The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, invitations, etc.

Yes, in most cases the price shown on the product page reflects the final cost of your order. As you select your quantity, size, material, finishing options, and other specifications, the price will automatically update so you can see exactly what your project will cost before adding it to your cart.

Once you've finished adding a design to your product, you will be able to add it to your cart to review your order summary. Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order, so there are no surprises.

For highly customized projects that require special specifications or a custom quote, pricing may be provided separately by our team.

Printing

Yes! Many products can be ordered in quantities as low as one.

Yes! We also specialize in large-format printing including posters, banners, signs, and display graphics.

Yes! Many of our products can be printed with a full bleed, which means your design extends all the way to the edge of the finished piece with no white border.

To ensure your design prints correctly, artwork should include a bleed area beyond the final trim size. If your file doesn't include bleed, a white border may be added, or your design may need to be adjusted before printing. If you're unfamiliar with bleed requirements, our team is happy to help.

For the sharpest results, we recommend using high-resolution images whenever possible. Images that look clear on a phone or social media may not always print well at larger sizes.

As a general rule, images should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size for the best quality. Low-resolution images may appear blurry, pixelated, or fuzzy when printed. If you're unsure whether your file is suitable for printing, feel free to contact our team before placing your order.

Files & Design

We recommend PDF files for the best print quality, but we also accept JPG, PNG, SVG, and other common formats.

No problem at all! Our in-house team of talented designers can help create or adjust your artwork. Simply call or message us to set up a consultation.

Yes, depending on the product, you can upload multiple files or pages.

While our team may catch obvious production concerns when possible, we cannot guarantee that every file will be reviewed before printing.

Before placing your order, you’ll be asked to review and accept our terms and conditions confirming that your design is approved and ready to print exactly as shown. This means you are responsible for checking all spelling, content, layout, image quality, or copyright compliance before submitting your order.

Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible. If you’re unsure whether your file is ready to print, or if you have questions about copyright compliance, please contact us before placing your order.

Computer screens and printers create color in different ways. Screens use RGB (Red, Green, and Blue) light to display colors, while printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) inks or toner to reproduce them on paper.

Because RGB can produce a wider range of bright, vibrant colors than CMYK, some colors—especially bright blues, greens, oranges, and neon shades—may appear different when printed than they do on your screen. In addition, factors such as screen brightness, monitor settings, paper type, and print material can all affect the final appearance of color.

At Steamroller Copies, we use professional printing equipment and color-managed workflows to achieve the most accurate color reproduction possible. However, slight color variations between digital displays and printed products are normal and should be expected. If color accuracy is critical for your project, please contact our team to discuss available proofing and color-matching options.
